Abhimic 20mg Tablet contains Olmesartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) used primarily to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Olmesartan works by blocking the effects of angiotensin II, a hormone that causes blood vessels to constrict. This leads to relaxation and widening of blood vessels, ultimately lowering blood pressure.
